I am using a private network. Any help on how to get the free 3 year version preferably without uninstalling the whole package would be greatly appreciated. I need this for a class, and only have a few days left of my free trial, so I would really appreciated any help, assistance, or feedback.
I used a browser download. Not sure if that changes things, but when I went to my account settings under management and checked all the tabs, there was nothing that even appeared there, including the free 30 day trial software I just recently downloaded. I dont work for autodesk, but I would think they would not give you a liscence unless you download from them. I think the easiest thing for you to do is uninstall the one you got and reinstall from the autodesk website.
I dont know why you would download the software from a third party when autodesk has it for free already I would have recommended to you to use the Browser Download method - just as you have done.
